All orders are shipped from our Melbourne location daily from Monday-Friday.


Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be dispatched. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped, please check your junk mail.


Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Australia Post Standard: 2-8 business days: AUD $12

Australia Post Express: 1-4 business days: AUD $15

Australia Post Express for orders $350 and over: 1-4 business days: FREE

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DHL International Express: 2-18 business days depending on your location: AUD $45 + duties & taxes

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes depending on your location. Please note, these taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer, and are the responsibility of the customer. If these duties and taxes are not paid, the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment of these fees. If the fees are not paid, your parcel may be returned to us. The original shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 


PRE-ORDERS

Please note, any items listed as pre-order are pending arrival from our manufacturer, and are not currently in stock. An estimated arrival date is listed in the individual product descriptions. All pre-order arrival dates are an estimate only and are subject to changes/delays with our manufacturer, couriers, and or suppliers. 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Karlica has no control over your order after it has been dispatched from our end.
  • Please contact Australia Post or DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking, receiving and collecting their order from the chosen courier provider. This includes parcels that are returned to the sender.
