RETURNS
We have a 7-day returns policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for full-priced merchandise. Sale items are final and ineligible for any type of return or exchange unless faulty. Items that are sold as samples are final and ineligible for any type of return. Please allow 24-48 hours for your return request to be processed.
RETURNS POLICY
Full-priced items purchased can be returned for a store credit or variant exchange. This includes items bought at full price but with promotional codes applied at checkout. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer (unless an item is deemed faulty or damaged). Please note all store credits have no expiry date.
Returns are accepted provided the following:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and shipped back to us within 14 days from receiving your item. Any items shipped back after this timeframe will be returned to sender.
- The merchandise being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Karlica will not accept items if they have any types of stains or marks including makeup, and or smell of perfume or body odour. Any items received with stains or smells will be returned to sender.
- The item or items were not purchased on sale. All sale purchases are final and not eligible for store credits or exchanges unless faulty.
- If you would like a variant exchange, and the size or colour you are after is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit.
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Check your item or items you wish to return, make sure they comply with the return policy above. Karlica has the right to reject any returns.
2. Email info@karlica.com.au - Please make the subject line 'RETURN'. Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- The item or items you wish to return
- Reason for return. You may be asked to provide supporting imagery depending on your return reason.
- State if you would like either a variant exchange or store credit. If your item is deemed faulty or damaged by the Karlica team, you will be eligible for a variant exchange, store credit, or refund to original payment method.
3. You will have the option to ship with your own postage method. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer (unless an item is deemed faulty or damaged). If you decide to ship back with your own shipping method, we recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.
4. Once we receive your return, please expect up to 1-7 business days to process your return through either:
- Variant exchange - with a new tracking number
- Store credit - through your Karlica account
- Refund - to original payment method
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email info@karlica.com.au within 7 days of receiving it to request a return. You will have to give a brief description and provide supporting imagery of all faults. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing fault, you will be offered a replacement item, store credit, or refund to original payment method.
PRE ORDER
Please note any items listed as pre order are pending arrival from our manufacturer, and not currently in stock. An estimated arrival date is listed in the individual product descriptions. All pre order arrival dates are an estimate only and are subject to changes/delays with our manufacturer, couriers, and or suppliers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
