INSIDE ARABELLA

Arabella began with three pieces: a bodysuit, a mini skirt, and a maxi skirt. Each one was designed to compliment the other, to move together, and to build the foundation of what would become Karlica’s signature silhouette.

What started as a small refined collection, evolved into something defining. A shape and structure that continues to carry throughout new collections. Arabella became more than just a design, it represents the essence of the brand; timeless, feminine, and quietly confident.

DESIGNER’S NOTE

Arabella was where it began. The foundation of Karlica’s design language. A small collection of silhouettes created to move with intention: the bodysuit, the mini, and the maxi skirt. Each piece cut from double-lined pearl chiffon, structured yet fluid, designed to sculpt and flow in equal measure.

The collection introduced the idea of refined ease, pieces that could be styled up or pared back, that felt as beautiful in motion as they did at rest. In Coral & Vermilion, Arabella became a statement.

Looking back, these silhouettes remain timeless; simple, clean, and enduring. They set the standard for how Karlica would move forward: thoughtful in design, effortless in wear, and made to last beyond a moment.

ARABELLA’S FIRST SHOOT

The original Arabella shoot was as raw and honest as the collection itself. Shot with Shayla from The Social Memory, it captured the laughter, the small adjustments and the light changing across the chiffon. It wasn’t overly staged or styled; just the natural rhythm of a new beginning.

Those images still carry the same energy today. A reminder of where it started, of the people who believed in it, and the feeling of creating something from the ground up.
